Welcome Tom Brock to Tish Flooring

Tish Flooring is pleased to welcome Tom Brock to our team!

Tom joins us as Field Services Coordinator. As our ‘quality assurance guy’, Tom ensures that our procedures comply with manufacturer requirements/standards, and that in-home service protocols follow uniformly as well. And he’ll be onsite to make sure customers are happy and answer their questions as well.

Tom has extensive experience in flooring installation and has earned certifications in both property management and project management. He has over 20 years as a hard surface installation professional. Tom spent several years operating his own business as well, Do It Right Flooring in Noblesville.

Tom looks forward to working with Tish customers and helping behind the scenes of bringing flooring visions to life. He especially enjoys working with homeowners. “Tish is extremely family oriented,” he said. “Two brothers and a father showing up for work every day? You just don’t see that. Everyone here is great.”

He is a native of Gas City and a proud father of a son and daughter and was recently honored with another title: “Grandpa.”  When he’s not at work, Tom enjoys the gym, golfing, fishing and spending time with family. He is also a dedicated Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears fan.
