Welcome Michelle Craft to Tish Flooring!

Tish Flooring is proud to introduce the newest member of our team: Michelle Craft.

Michelle comes to Tish after 10 successful years with Dorfman Properties, where she spent a good deal of time coordinating Dorfman’s projects with our scheduling and installation folks here at Tish Flooring. So, we already knew Michelle to be a very diligent and competent team member. That’s why when Michelle recently parted ways with Dorfman and requested from us a professional referral to give emloyers she was considering, we jumped at the opportunity to make her a part of the Tish Flooring family!

Michelle said she was drawn to us after working with them in the past. She praised the quality and standard of service that Tish Flooring offers its customers. “Everybody I ever talked to or worked with was super nice,” Michelle said. “They were easy to work with and always got the job done. Even when we had situations where things did not go right, Tish always was accommodating and professional.”

At Tish, Michelle will be our jack-of-all-trades! She will be working behind the scenes in a variety of different administrative roles including working in accounts payable, scheduling, job costing and getting herself and the rest of the office up-to-date on our new company software. Michelle says she is “excited to learn and grow” into her new position at Tish and she looks forward to putting to use her experience and perspective from her years in real estate and property management.

Before real estate, this native of Kokomo worked in the signage industry, so she is no stranger to the world of service and retail.

When she isn’t hard at work making Tish better and more efficient, you can find Michelle at home with her daughter enjoying a good new book or doing a little home improvement of her own out in the yard or around the house.
