If you’ve followed Tish Flooring for long, then the names “Realty Carpet” or “Realty Wholesale Flooring” may sound familiar. Before we became Tish, we catered almost exclusively to Realtors and their clients – so much so that realty was in our name! Since then, both the needs of our customers and our business have evolved and now homeowners, Realtors, property managers, businesses and everyone in between call Tish Flooring for jobs both small and large.

Though we’ve grown and expanded our service offering over the years we stay closely connected to the central Indiana Realtor community. It is gratifying to be known as Indianapolis area Realtors’ “go-to flooring company”. We credit this loyalty among the Realtors to our consistent, lowest prices in the market, quality workmanship and honest dealings in all situations. To this day, we are proud to be one of the most highly regarded service providers among all of the major real estate brands in Indiana. Tish Flooring was the inaugural winner of the annual F.C. Tucker President’s Circle and Lifetime Service Provider Awards, we are a Preferred Partner of RE/MAX Ability Plus, and we continue to serve the top agents at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Century 21 Scheetz, Carpenter Realtors, Keller Williams and Encore Sotheby’s just to name a few.
To this day, we’re grateful to the Realtor community for decades of entrusting us with improving their clients’ homes as well as their own homes. We reciprocate through our support of and involvement with The Realtor Foundation, a non-profit operated by Realtors that exists to end homelessness in central Indiana.

Time-tested values and business practices have created a family culture within the company as well; installation staff average over nine years – some have worked with us for over twenty years – and our Project Managers and office staff average over ten years with the company as well. Basically, we stick together. And we believe our loyalty to one another translates into long-term loyalties with our extended Tish family as well: suppliers, partners, and especially clients. For us, family is everything.
