Who’s Managing Your Flooring Project?

If you walk into a big box store to get an estimate on a flooring project, chances are you’ll talk to a sales clerk who doesn’t know a whole lot about carpet, vinyl, tile or hardwood. The estimator they send to your home is probably a subcontractor who most likely has no idea what you were promised. Your installer will probably be an employee of yet another company. Have an issue that needs resolution? Good luck figuring out who you need to call and complain to.

At Tish Flooring, we do things differently. We don’t have salespeople—we have Project Managers dedicated to your transaction from start to finish. These men and women are the ones who come to your home with flooring samples to help you choose the right carpet, hardwood or tile, but they’re also the same people who will measure, provide your estimate, and make sure any special requests are included in the job plan. Even after they’ve turned over the project to our Installation Department for scheduling, your dedicated Project Manager is your main point of contact. You’ll have his or her cell phone number; if you have questions during any stage of the process, even after the work is done, just give them a ring. Their job is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your new floors.

Katie sweats the details; if there is a “bump in the road,” Katie is front and center, making sure your call is returned, questions answered or follow up service and repairs are processed without unnecessary delay.  If you’re not satisfied after the job’s done, neither is Katie.
