A lower flooring price only helps if you are comparing the same product, the same installation needs, and the same level of service. That’s why we talk about warehouse pricing as part of the whole flooring experience, not as a shortcut to the cheapest floor in the room.

Since 1992, we have built our process around a simple idea: bring the samples to you, help you compare the right options in your own home, and pair that convenience with warehouse pricing. We carry name-brand flooring from manufacturers homeowners already recognize, and we help you look at the full project before you decide what is actually the better value.

What do we mean by warehouse pricing?

For us, warehouse pricing means you can shop name-brand flooring through our warehouse-based flooring model while still getting help choosing, measuring, and planning the installation.

Our product selection includes carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, and area rugs. You can browse flooring options before your appointment, but you don’t have to narrow hundreds of choices on your own.

Is warehouse pricing the same thing as cheap flooring?

No. We wouldn’t use those terms interchangeably.

A low sticker price can come from a lower-grade product, a promotion, a material-only price, or a quote that doesn’t yet include everything your room needs. Warehouse pricing is about value, not choosing a floor simply because it has the smallest number on the tag.

If you have kids, pets, a busy kitchen, or a room that sees wet shoes every winter, buying the wrong floor to save money up front can create a frustrating tradeoff later. We would rather help you choose a product that fits how the room is actually used.

How should you compare our price with a big-box flooring quote?

Compare the whole project.

Start with the exact flooring product or a truly comparable product. Then look at what’s included in measuring, underlayment, transitions, removal of existing flooring, furniture needs, installation, and any subfloor work that becomes necessary.

This is also where convenience has value. Instead of choosing a color under store lighting and hoping it works at home, we bring samples into your space. You can see them next to your cabinets, paint, furniture, and natural light before making the decision.

Does a lower material price always mean a lower project price?

Not necessarily. The material is only one part of the total project cost.

A knowledgeable flooring professional adds value by properly measuring the space, helping select an appropriate product, identifying potential installation concerns, and clearly explaining what is, and isn’t, included in the estimate. This planning can reduce unexpected costs, delays, and problems after installation begins.

Although some substrate conditions cannot be confirmed until the existing flooring is removed, working with an experienced flooring company provides better preparation, professional installation, project coordination, and warranty support throughout the process.

What’re you paying for besides the flooring itself?

You’re also paying for the decisions around the floor.

Which material makes sense for the room? Will it handle moisture? How will the color look in morning light compared with evening light? Does the product work with the adjoining floors? What needs to happen before installation?

Those questions are easy to miss when shopping starts and ends with a shelf price.

Our free in-home process lets us measure the space, look at the conditions around the project, and talk through style, use, budget, and installation needs. If you prefer to shop in person first, our Indianapolis showroom gives you another way to compare products with a flooring specialist.

Can you still finance flooring bought at warehouse pricing?

Yes. We offer financing options with approved credit.

Warehouse pricing and financing solve two different parts of the decision. One is about getting the right value for the flooring project, and the other is about how you choose to pay for it.

Why we still believe the best comparison happens in your home

Flooring is one of the largest visual surfaces in a room. A sample that looks warm and natural in a showroom can read cooler next to your cabinets or wall color.

Seeing it where it’ll actually be installed can prevent a price-driven decision from becoming a design regret.

That is the part of warehouse pricing we don’t want lost in the conversation. You should be able to look for strong value and still get thoughtful guidance, name-brand choices, professional installation, and a process that fits your home.

Questions You May Still Have About Warehouse Pricing

Do you carry brands I may recognize from larger flooring stores?

We carry flooring from recognized manufacturers across our product categories. Exact products and availability vary, so we can help you compare the options available for your project.

Do I have to visit the showroom before scheduling an in-home appointment?

No. Our in-home shopping process is designed so we can bring samples to you. You can also visit our Indianapolis showroom if you prefer to start there.

Will I know the full project price before I decide?

You will receive a detailed estimate based on the measurements, product selections, installation requirements, and conditions visible at the time of evaluation.

However, some concealed substrate conditions cannot be confirmed until the existing flooring is removed. If unexpected preparation or repairs are discovered, we will explain the condition, discuss the available options, and review any additional cost before proceeding.
